FAA fines Sun Country $115,000, alleges slipshod drug tests

Sun County Airlines is facing $115,000 in federal fines for allegedly neglecting required drug and alcohol testing for one of its pilots and other employees in "safety-sensitive" positions.

Sun Country has 30 days to respond to the allegations. A spokesman for the company said it was reviewing the FAA's claims.
